Nestled in Tequesta, lays a reimagined Florida bistro experience like you’ve never seen before. Utilizing classic European cooking techniques, rooted in tradition, and reimagining traditional French dishes with fresh and fun takes on classic bistro faire.

Upon entering, you’ll immediately notice our bar and lounge equipped with oversized couches and plush accent chairs providing the perfect space to enjoy our happy hour bites menu our original and tropical easy drinking “Florida Cocktails".

With a chef-driven menu highlighting our scratch kitchen including housemade charcuteries, pastas, local vegetables, ice cream. The recipes by chef & managing partner David Chapman combine a unique approach of David’s French, Italian, and vegetarian cooking backgrounds presented in a simple, but clean and elegant style of plating.

Through David’s travels and running Michelin rated restaurants in Chicago, he has always kept the same philosophy “high quality ingredients equal high quality dishes.”

Hi there Eric, we're sorry to see you didn't enjoy your experience, and I do remember speaking with you. If I recall, you didn't enjoy the size of the duck breast and thought it was missing value. I didn't see the duck as it was finished when I arrived at your table, but sent you out our duck confit appetizer free of charge. You and your dinner companion finished both of your meals completely, so I assumed you enjoyed the taste. If there were issues with service or the taste of your dishes I really wish you would of just brought them up when I frequently visited your table throughout the evening. Please reach back out if you were accidentally charged for your extra dish we sent out. Otherwise, we hope you enjoy all Jupiter has to offer this winter. Cheers, Seamus

All around amazing! Happy hour drinks are so affordable and delicious. The food is outstanding along with great service and beautiful decor.

Food was delicious but everyone’s meal was served at a different time and they didn’t have any of the special after promoting it.

The new atmosphere and decor is awesome! Everything was fantastic from start to finish. Delicious cocktails and the best homemade pasta I have ever had!!! I highly recommend the mushroom pate. Cannot recommend this place enough! It is not to be missed.

This local restaurant is very nice inside, the wait staff is great, but the food was quite salty--the reason for the name? Homemade pasta was a little thick for me. Drinks were delicious but lots of ice and lime leaving little room for liquid. I would recommend going, but let them know about salt if it is an issue for you.

The Salty Zebra was fantastic! We were a party of 6 and everyone was the thrilled with their meals, everything from the cocktails, food and service were all 5 star! So excited for this new special gem in Tequesta. The decor is so fabulous and fun, love this place and can’t wait to go back!

Loved the vibe but I was there with two others and their meals came and mine did not. It was a good 20 minute wait before my dinner arrived and my friends were finished. Not acceptable.
