Located on the 36th floor of the Ala Moana Hotel, The Signature Prime Steak & Seafood restaurant is the new home to a space known historically for memorable evenings with Oahu's most epic views.

Upon entering from the elevator on Ala Moana Hotel's top floor, each new diner will be enthralled by crystal chandeliers and live music played on The Signature's white grand piano. When it comes to choosing a table, the opportunities are endless: The intimate bar, piano lounge, vintage-style ocean view booths, an exclusive experience in our wine cellar, or any of our luxurious mountain room or ocean room tables.

I wish I were able to request preference in seating on this app. I asked the front desk what is best practice to be by the ocean facing windows during a sunset reservation. She recommended to call next time which I will do. We were next to the live piano which was great music, we just couldn’t have a conversation during.

Food. Customer service. Level of attentiveness. Valet parking. All was outstanding. Would like to see different music outside of the piano man.

Went to this restaurant last night on our trip and it was the perfect way to end it. The food was amazing. The service was so nice and so accommodating 10 out of 10 recommend

Food was delicious. Great view! The only issue was server etiquette’s. For example, a young man while I was mid conversation reach over me and between the conversation of me and another to take away silverware. In the course of this, he bumped both me and the person next to me. Another example was as a female party member returned to the table, I stood up for her and pulled her chair out for her to sit. Unfortunately our waiter/server pushed the chair back and the female party member had to wait to be seated until after the server was done with her task. The staff was not trained properly and it’s unfortunate. The sheer amount of money it cost to go here and service level should line up and it doesn’t. However, the food and company made the night. Hope this helps.

The views for any Waikiki restaurant. Steaks are always at perfect temperature and very tasty. Our #1 steakhouse on the island.

Awesome experience every time. Yuki is our favorite server. We had Brandon today who is just as awesome. Food is great. Service is great. View is great. Never disappoints

Celebrating our 48th anniversary! Aoko our waitress was superb. Wished us happy anniversary when we sat down. Staff very attentive and knowledgeable. Husband ordered a gentleman jack on the rocks and I drank a Riesling wine which was delicious.We ordered shrimp stuffed mushrooms for an appetizer sooo delicious.my husband order the wagu rib eye with grilled asparagus. I ordered the scallops and a baked potato everything was very good.finally surprise a dessert with the writing in chocolate Happy Anniversary A wonderful evening with the signature restaurant
