Located on the 36th floor of the Ala Moana Hotel, The Signature Prime Steak & Seafood restaurant is the new home to a space known historically for memorable evenings with Oahu's most epic views.

Upon entering from the elevator on Ala Moana Hotel's top floor, each new diner will be enthralled by crystal chandeliers and live music played on The Signature's white grand piano. When it comes to choosing a table, the opportunities are endless: The intimate bar, piano lounge, vintage-style ocean view booths, an exclusive experience in our wine cellar, or any of our luxurious mountain room or ocean room tables.

    Great rib eye steak, side dishes were ok. I have had better. Walter was great. The main event of the steak was top notch, just wished the sides were better

    Everything about our lives experience was top notch. Terrific salads and wonderful seared tuna. Friendly and knowledgeable server. Great atmosphere. We honestly were expecting a typical hotel restaurant meal, adequate but nothing exceptional, and were so surprised by this restaurant that matches or exceeds the best restaurants we’ve experienced in San Francisco and Honolulu.

    One of the best meals we’ve had in Honolulu, in all the years we’ve been coming here, there wasn’t a single dish that could have been improved upon. Our server Tara was fantastic. Her manner and understanding of our mood was perfect. Her food knowledge was great, and her suggestions spot on. We will be back again on this trip.

    This was our first time to the Signature, and it did not disappoint. The food was outstanding and the beautiful view from our window table was perfect to celebrate our anniversary. The food preparation was unique and tasty with a shout out to the tenderloin medallions and lobster mac & cheese. We will definitely be back if we are in the Honolulu area again.

    As expected, the food and service were outstanding. The issue that decreased the dining experience was that there was a group of about 10-15 diners were seated next to our group of 8 when our entrees were served. This was poor planning since the noise level exponentially increased. The large group was apparently not expected to be that large since the staff had to move tables and chairs to accommodate the group next to us. This made our dining experience less-than-enjoyable.
