Two NSB locals, Terrence Dever and Greg Gabringer, had a vision to create a new dining experience combining an eclectic menu with a comfortable atmosphere, all while providing patrons with a true taste of the area.

At the core of The Spott's culinary excellence is its dedicated kitchen team, led by Executive Chef Vaughn Metcalf. With a focus on quality and a relentless commitment to perfection, the kitchen staff embodies the ethos of The Spott, ensuring that every dish reflects the restaurant's dedication to excellence.                                                                                                             Stopped in with friends. Greeted warmly and was shown to our table right away. Probably the best French onion soup I have tasted. Not too salty with great beef and onion flavor. Fish bites with dill sauce magnificent then add the hot honey shrimp you have food for the gods. I highly recommend this New Smyrna Beach restaurant.

                                                                                                            We had a table of 9 people, and Eric was an amazing server. The food was delicious from our apps, entrees to our dessert. We were not rushed at all and had a very enjoyable evening.
