THE Steak House has recently been named Top Las Vegas Steak House by Zagat. THE Steak House has been thrilling diners with it’s top grade meats served by a friendly, gracious staff for over 39 years. THE Steak House also features a glass enclosed dry aging locker. Top grade Midwestern beef is aged for 21 days at 37 degrees Fahrenheit & 67 percent relative humidity. This process tenderizes the meat & gives it a distinct flavor, which is further enhanced by preparing the beef over an open-hearth mesquite charcoal broiler. Once inside the dining room, you will feel right at home. Rural-themed paintings adorn the green walls. The room is rich with dark woods, diamond tufted red leather booths, creating a cozy den-like ambience. Dinners include fresh baked breads, choice of our famous black bean soup or house salad plus a Chef's fresh vegetable & choice of garlic mashed potato, baked potato, or wild rice blend.

    Bistecca di buona qualità, servizio adeguato. Un collega ha preso rib eye a cottura lenta, non è entusiasmanye. Locale storico, forse più giusto dire datato come il casinò all'interno del quale si trova. Urge rinnovo.

    Had been to The Steak House many of times in past visits for Las Vegas. As usual the atmosphere was outstanding as well as the service. A Couple of detractions from giving this a five-star review are as follows: 1) For the price of the food it is a little pricey. The wife had the Grilled Salmon with the sweet chili glaze, and it was excellent as far as taste. I had the 16oz Ribeye and even though it was prepared correctly, the cut of meat was fair. The steak was thin and had lots of tendons running though it which made it hard to chew and not real enjoyable. Everything else was great, from the desert to the bake Potatoe. 2) the drinks were fair as the wife ordered a dirty martini which was fair as it was pure vodka and not much else and then she ordered a chocolate martini which once again was all vodka and very little chocolate. I know that this is out of the establishments control, but the atmosphere getting to the restaurant can be dicey as the cliental at Circus Circus is not very good with the pot smoking, and at one time the dress code was business casual if not more and now they are down too casual.

    Our servers were great. They knew when to come to the table and when to hang back. We celebrated our son’s 30th and had the best meal and the best birthday dessert!!

    This is an awesome place and long history. The ambience is awesome and the service is great. I was disappointed in the 16oz ribeye. It was paper thin for the high price. I did. It expect such a thin steak at this price and the smoke from the grill penetrated through the meat since it was so thin. Made the taste not as good. I guess I should have spend $15 more to get the thick one.

    Service was impeccable. Our water and wine glasses never went empty. The food was delicious and served good and hot. They also serve hot bread with your meal, and it's hot. We both had steak which wascdone to perfection and juicy and extremely tender. We were not rushed into ordering. The place is very quiet so it's easy to have a conversation. The decor is a little outdated but that's kind of cool. We celebrated our 40th wedding anniversary here and received a huge piece of decadent chocolate cake to share. Of course we were too full to eat more than a bite so we boxed it up to go.

    The customer service was incredible from the moment we entered the restaurant. The food was delicious and well priced. Everything about this restaurant is amazing. Highly recommend!

    The Steak House is my favorite place to dine in Las Vegas. Amazing atmosphere, service, and the food is delicious!

    This is still the best steak house in Las Vegas. Food is great, service even better. Old school steak house. We’ve been coming here for 30 years and it has always been amazing.
