We loved it. The Steakhouse at the Agua Caliente Casino was everything we hoped it would be. Hostesses were helpful and kind when we checked in. We got a great table and were actually seated early. The Steak and crab were amazing, as was the service. Highly recommend having dinner here and seeing a concert at The Show

Flippant Hostess staff- made reservation 42 days in advance and specifically requested dine in area open in front of bar- oh too bad- can’t honor that request- there were loud drunk patrons near table we were sat at—- obviously overserved slurring words— Food was very good - but Rather slow service- had to request lemonade refills multiple times- Excuses of—Coffee brewing, bread in the oven - minutes away! will not honor Agua Caliente gift cards to pay towards tip- no disclaimer on gift cards- stating that fact- use them to pay for alcohol / food but not tip— As an Elite card member- I will likely not return anytime soon- for food or gambling- as ACE club promotions to lure you into Casino- never has what was advertised for Valentines Day- chocolates w “ free play” up to $1000- Nope no chocolates and “25 dollars of free play” - because they were OUT of the promotion— a waste of time- and overall not a Great dining experience at Steakhouse this time- disappointed—

This was our second time dining here and just as wonderful as the first! Our waiter was friendly and attentive. Acknowledged and congratulated us on our anniversary. Atmosphere was nice, food was prepared as requested and very nice. Have recommended this restaurant to family and friends and they have also enjoyed.

Service was lousy, baked potato came after I started eating the steak. Peppercorn sauce missed the mark , soy sauce would have been better! Shrimp were dry, warm, not hot and had no flavor. The price for this was incredibly expensive, I will never go back and recommend for you to stay away too!

We ordered pretty much all the appetizers on the menu and all were delicious. Our waiter was very good and extremely accommodating. Thank you.

I have been eating here for years and the service is starting to really lag. This has always been my go to steakhouse but the lack of service is really making me question my choice.

We had another fantastic dinner and our server Larissa was GREAT!! Wonderful wine and I must tell you that our most favorite side is sautéed spinach, if you love spinach with garlic you have found paradise!! Never hesitate booking your reservation here because you will never be disappointed!! 100% AMAZING

My wife and I were celebrating my birthday and we were greeted by a friendly hostess, who acknowledged my birthday immediately. Within a few short minutes, our waiter, Bock, greeted us and was extremely polite and knowledgeable of the restaurant’s menu. We were taken care of very well by Bock with all food selections turning out great! We have enjoyed The Steakhouse at Rancho Mirage many times in the past and we were not disappointed. Keep up the great hospitality and food!
