Filet was a little tough. Some gristle. But was cooked to the right temperature. Salad was just ok. No bread. Dessert was store-bought.

We decided to try a restaurant not in the downtown area … this was not a good option. Our waitress was super sweet, but the bartender must’ve been off bc I had a margarita that was nothing but tequila with a splash of lime juice (I had three sips and couldn’t take it). Also tried a baked lobster dish that sounded awesome but the chef left shells in it everywhere - ate maybe four bites, but I was worried about cutting my mouth. Laid shell pieces on the side dish so waitress could see how truly negligent it was, but not sure anyone cared. (I do realize that a piece of shell might happen, but this was like eating glass) Would’ve given less stars, but my husband’s steak was okay and again the waitress was sweet. We will never return and this is probably the only bad review I’ve given a restaurant since moving here. Huge disappointment.

If you judge this place by the appearance, you will miss out on a GREAT experience. We follow a Carnivore lifestyle with a little fruit mixed in. We like our steaks cooked Pittsburgh Style medium rare. We called the restaurant the day prior to enquire about their ability to fit our needs. I spoke with Chris, the owner who believed they could. The experience was GREAT. The steaks were perfect. The shrimp add-on was excellent too. Christian, our server gave great service. Chris came and personally checked on us. This place exceeded our expectations and we WILL be back.

Great service. Side dishes need improvement. Love Annie Allman but was way too loud with the singer. We were unable to hear our dinner guests.

There isn't a better filet anywhere for the price, period. Full stop. But just about everything else did not come close to matching it: the lobster/crab dip ($20) was a salty glop that would make a better soup with the addition of a little cream and sherry; the attendant mashed potato was cool when served, the broccoli frozen; the iced tea was tasteless. The wine list is a short story filled with grocery store quality bottles and no big names or flavors, no valpolicella, no repasso, no brunelo, not even a chianti. The decor is indescribable, but l will try: a lifesized pirate mannequin greets you at the door, his partner guarding the exit; the walls are covered by local amateur painters who idolize Bob Ross, and a large bar dominates one third of the space, giving the overall impression of a lunch counter. Diners are keenly aware they are in a strip center next to a liquor store and nail salon, not what is typically considered a "steakhouse". So, no, it wasn't what l hoped it would be. But the chef and staff couldn't be more cordial, you can tell they are making an honest effort and that an honest review is hard to write because you want improvements, not discouragement. And in spite of the forgoing l WOULD STlLL RETURN just for the best filet l have ever had anywhere at any price.

Wonderful place to grab dinner. Steaks are delicious, Service is a cut above. Nice bar too.

Steak was ordered medium. Came out rare at the edges and raw in the middle. Served took steak back. Returned the same steak and it had been microwaved.

Amazing! Service and Food were excellent. Our server was funny and had personality for days which we appreciate. Best steak since moving to the area. 10/10.

As disappointed this visit to the steakhouse. Steak was perfectly cooked on inside but burnt on the outside. The char was overwhelming and made whole steak taste like burnt meat. The music was also a little loud.
