Arizona's Original Steakhouse.

Step through the copper entry doors and feel the warm authentic atmosphere of this classic American Steakhouse. Once adjacent to the largest feedlot in the world, the restaurant is a living history museum that documents Arizona's cattle industry with historical photos and a Western Art collection. Established in 1947, The Stockyards has been serving the best hand-cut aged steaks and prime rib for 70 years. The menu also features wild game, seafood, poultry, pork, and a wide variety of appetizers, salads and desserts. Be sure to visit the 1889 Saloon where you will find a solid mahogany hand carved bar, crystal chandeliers, and walls adorned with original murals that were painted in the 50's. Step back in time and relax while you enjoy an Arizona landmark. Banquet space and private dining rooms are available, and The Stockyards is always an excellent choice for groups.

Absolutely fantastic. We did drinks in the saloon before dinner and it was such a wonderful experience. The food was amazing and the service was top notch!

It was our wedding anniversary & we had never been to the stockyards before. Loved the restaurant and our waiter Kent was very attentive and nice. My prime rib dinner was great. Not a fan of their signature Parmesan potatoes. My husband got the 18oz ribeye med rare. It came kind of weird looking, like they cooked it the day before and put it in the fridge overnight. The meat was rare almost blue inside, but overcooked on the outside. Sent it back for a new steak. This one came out very rare. Third time, it was ok, but not very good. They took it off the bill and gave us two free desserts, but I don’t think we will be back. Disappointing for sure. 😞

First time here and it was amazing the food and service was great. Everyone was friendly and helpful deciding what to order, I got the prime rib which was very flavorful I recommend.

Elk medallions were amazing! Their house made biscuits and green chili cornbread were awesome too! Our server was so nice and very knowledgeable. We will be back!

I was overwhelmed by the ambiance, cleanliness, food and Customer Service. Been coming to AZ for 20 years and this is my first but not last visit to this fantastic restaurant.

Our first visit to the Stockyards was amazing. The staff from the reception desk all the way through everyone in the dining room was excellent. They were friendly, attentive and responsive. The waitress explained not only the menu items but the history of the restaurant. Our food came exactly as requested and several people paused periodically to make sure we had everything we needed. I highly recommend this for a special meal or just because you want great food and service together!
