Arizona's Original Steakhouse.

Step through the copper entry doors and feel the warm authentic atmosphere of this classic American Steakhouse. Once adjacent to the largest feedlot in the world, the restaurant is a living history museum that documents Arizona's cattle industry with historical photos and a Western Art collection. Established in 1947, The Stockyards has been serving the best hand-cut aged steaks and prime rib for 70 years. The menu also features wild game, seafood, poultry, pork, and a wide variety of appetizers, salads and desserts. Be sure to visit the 1889 Saloon where you will find a solid mahogany hand carved bar, crystal chandeliers, and walls adorned with original murals that were painted in the 50's. Step back in time and relax while you enjoy an Arizona landmark. Banquet space and private dining rooms are available, and The Stockyards is always an excellent choice for groups.

                                                                                  Our server Alice was terrific. Biscuit with honey butter was delicious. Bourbon shrimp with bacon appetizer was excellent. 5 oz filet and scallops were very good. Garlic mashed were underwhelming. Broccolini was first served cold, and second batch brought out was undercooked.

                                                                                  stockyards is so underrated, our second time here and once again a home run! I had the Delmonico it was perfectly seasoned, wife had the wagyu and it was amazing! Was surprised at how good the pea soup was.

                                                                                  Date night with the wife. The steaks were perfect and their scallops potatoes were outstanding. Last time I was there was 27 years ago, I love the new look. Very old school and very classy. We are putting it in our rotation.

                                                                                  Great AZ steak house! Our party had the Elk medallions, Wagu special and 8oz filet mignon. Meat was cooked to order and sides were very good. Crab cakes and shrimp cocktail appetizers were 9 out of 10. Service was excellent and the atmosphere is just what you’d expect from a steak house that emphasizes food and service while maintaining their tradition. Born and raised in AZ and they are doing a fantastic job of keeping this place true to its roots. Highly recommended!
