Arizona's Original Steakhouse.

Step through the copper entry doors and feel the warm authentic atmosphere of this classic American Steakhouse. Once adjacent to the largest feedlot in the world, the restaurant is a living history museum that documents Arizona's cattle industry with historical photos and a Western Art collection. Established in 1947, The Stockyards has been serving the best hand-cut aged steaks and prime rib for 70 years. The menu also features wild game, seafood, poultry, pork, and a wide variety of appetizers, salads and desserts. Be sure to visit the 1889 Saloon where you will find a solid mahogany hand carved bar, crystal chandeliers, and walls adorned with original murals that were painted in the 50's. Step back in time and relax while you enjoy an Arizona landmark. Banquet space and private dining rooms are available, and The Stockyards is always an excellent choice for groups.

Attentive staff. Great food. Nice atmosphere! Definitely recommend recommendations. Saw several walk ins get turned away.

Food was very good but we felt a little rushed by the staff who kept trying to clear the dishes before people were finished eating. Noise level was high even though we were in a booth.. it was difficult to hear. However, overall we enjoyed the restaurant and will return during the summer when there are less crowds.

The Host was Friendly and Courteous. Server was helpful and patient. My guest and I had the Classic Prime Rib Dip, my medium rare was well prepared and delicious. The restaurant was very busy with a large party next to us. Server was Great and tended to us. Always a great place for business meals and discussions.

Our service was outstanding. We always have Alice, but we had Jessica at lunchtime. Our food was served to perfection and she checked on us regularly. All water glasses were always failed.

Steak was great, waiter did his best. Couldn't hear him or each other talking. The volume level in the dining area would rival a live concert (and I am a musician). You should seriously consider a different layout to help the reverberating noise. We were really looking forward to eating here after not being there in several years and were just seriously disappointed. Will not be back.

Greeted graciously, seated swiftly, and our server arrived promptly. Our prime rib came with appetizers, Chili (great flavor) garden salad (delicious house dressing). Our prime rib was good as ordered and quite flavorful. My side was rice pilaf which nice flavors. Stuffed! Thus no desert. Highly recommended!!!
