Arizona's Original Steakhouse.

Step through the copper entry doors and feel the warm authentic atmosphere of this classic American Steakhouse. Once adjacent to the largest feedlot in the world, the restaurant is a living history museum that documents Arizona's cattle industry with historical photos and a Western Art collection. Established in 1947, The Stockyards has been serving the best hand-cut aged steaks and prime rib for 70 years. The menu also features wild game, seafood, poultry, pork, and a wide variety of appetizers, salads and desserts. Be sure to visit the 1889 Saloon where you will find a solid mahogany hand carved bar, crystal chandeliers, and walls adorned with original murals that were painted in the 50's. Step back in time and relax while you enjoy an Arizona landmark. Banquet space and private dining rooms are available, and The Stockyards is always an excellent choice for groups.

Our first visit in 2025, but in the last 12 months we've been here at least 6 times. We keep coming back because The Stockyards is fantastic in every way. Always delicious steaks and seafood, the nicest most attentive and accomodating wait-staff, it's not overly loud and it is reasonably priced.

This historic landmark is the place I love to take out of town visitors when they are here! The history of the stockyards, and Wild West history permeate the building, and the ambiance is steeped in Western decor and tradition. The food is top notch, and the wait staff are friendly, helpful and so efficient. I highly recommend this restaurant as a "must visit" place!

Our waiter Panos, not sure I spelled it correctly, was exceptional. He seemed to aniticipate our needs. both my husband and I were very impressed with our steaks. I would highly recommend this restaurant.

Unique plates that you won’t find anywhere else. I love that I can taste the actual meat of that animal, very interesting.

Absolutely fantastic. We did drinks in the saloon before dinner and it was such a wonderful experience. The food was amazing and the service was top notch!

It was our wedding anniversary & we had never been to the stockyards before. Loved the restaurant and our waiter Kent was very attentive and nice. My prime rib dinner was great. Not a fan of their signature Parmesan potatoes. My husband got the 18oz ribeye med rare. It came kind of weird looking, like they cooked it the day before and put it in the fridge overnight. The meat was rare almost blue inside, but overcooked on the outside. Sent it back for a new steak. This one came out very rare. Third time, it was ok, but not very good. They took it off the bill and gave us two free desserts, but I don’t think we will be back. Disappointing for sure. 😞

First time here and it was amazing the food and service was great. Everyone was friendly and helpful deciding what to order, I got the prime rib which was very flavorful I recommend.
