Ristorante con vista indubbiamente bella, ma servizio lento, improvvisato, quasi sguaiato. Tipico ristorante turistico commerciale... nulla di che nemmeno il menu ... direi che a parte la vista c’è ben poco. Welcome to Atlanta

The host on the main level in the lobby, as well as the host at the hostess stand on the 72nd floor, were not friendly. It was my birthday, and despite informing them that my spouse was parking, they refused to seat us until he arrived. Our party consisted of five people, with three of us already present. The only two missing were my spouse and our three-year-old son. I even offered to place their orders on their behalf, but we were still not allowed to be seated. To make matters worse, we were informed that if our order was not placed by 9:00 PM, we would lose our reservation. Given that our reservation was for 8:45 PM, being told we had only 15 minutes to order or risk losing our table was completely unreasonable. If this is the policy, then no reservations should be scheduled after 8:00 PM. Additionally, my reservation stated that we would have two hours to dine, yet with the restaurant closing at 10:00 PM, that clearly wasn’t the case. The entire experience felt rushed and unwelcoming, with the exception of our waitress, who was the only friendly and accommodating staff member. On top of that, my child wanted kids' chicken tenders and fries, but we were told they were unavailable because the fryer wasn’t working. I find this hard to believe, as it seemed more likely that the kitchen was closing and they simply didn’t want to prepare the item. As a result, my child was left with only macaroni as an option. Overall, the experience was incredibly disappointing, especially for such a special occasion—my 40th birthday. After spending over $400 on the meal, I expected far better service. Instead, I left feeling frustrated and cheated out of what should have been a memorable celebration.

Overall experience was okay. I was let down by the quality of the food. My group had a late reservation and food was cold and not freshly made. Views and customer service were good.

The view the atmosphere is amazing. Everyone was worried about the prices at first, but once they got in, they saw the place and had the food, Everyone was so delighted and truly enjoyed themselves.
