Ristorante con vista indubbiamente bella, ma servizio lento, improvvisato, quasi sguaiato. Tipico ristorante turistico commerciale... nulla di che nemmeno il menu ... direi che a parte la vista c’è ben poco. Welcome to Atlanta

The food was mediocre at best not for the price, the service was concerning. I’m from Los Angeles just moved to Georgia so I clearly understand the tip culture and don’t mind it. However, I saw my server twice, once taking my order and the second time collecting payment, no where to be spotted after that. The rest of the time we were serviced by the “bus boy”. The server decided to run after us and hold the elevator to explain if I wanted to ever eat at a high class restaurant again I should tip at least 20% when I actually tipped 15%. The embarrassment and entitlement I felt was indescribable, I did not receive 20% service not the from the server. For the price you pay and the service you receive where you feel obliged to tip horrible service it’s not worth it. The server’s name is James.

Food and service were good, but the table allocation was poor. Their logistics will not allow you to get to the reserved table, until you have the entire party and there was no option to wait in the bar. Also, table was too small for 5 people.

The Sun Dail Restaurant was a great experience. The food was delicious, the service was excellent and our server, Mike. made it entertaining with his awesome hospitality and personality.

We are guests from out of town. When you book the restaurant. They don't tell you that the bar is shut down for remodeling, Nor mentioned on the website. They also don't tell you that the restaurant does not rotate any longer. And we had a groups of seven, which they stuff you in a corner booth with a couple tables slapped together, so half your guests can't see out the window. It sucks when somebody else use the restroom. Food variety was good, cocktail relatively small, and our particular waiter was friendly and informative. However not worth the money for what you are paying for, is the view.

I recently visited restaurant to celebrate my wife’s birthday, and while the food was absolutely amazing, the service left much to be desired. The staff seemed disinterested and, at times, even made my wife feel pressured and uncomfortable, which unfortunately put a damper on what should have been a special day. It felt as though they were going through the motions, offering forced smiles but no genuine warmth or appreciation for us being there. It's a shame because the food was top-notch, but the service really took away from the experience. Based on this, I highly doubt we'll be returning.
