   It's been a bit since my wife and I have eaten at Sycamore. We went last night with another couple and yikes did we have a bad experience. I'm hopeful they just had a bad night. The service was incredibly slow. The waitress got our orders wrong a couple of times. Two of our meals were very overcooked (my friend's filet and my flounder, which should have been cobia but they sold out of that). We like the owner, Greg, very much and trust he'll right the ship. As I said, I'm going to chalk this up to a one-off, but when you're paying upwards of $75 per person all in, you expect exceptional service and food.

   The service and the food are perfection. Tonight Jim and I enjoyed the wild game dinner and wine pairing - amazing as always. Sister and I will return in three days to celebrate what would have been our precious mother’s 90th birthday. Her last dinner out with us, her girls, was here in December 2024. It was everything we hoped for and then some. Mama loved Sycamore. We will never forget that night and we will always celebrate her at Sycamore. Don’t miss this experience.

   We went in for the wild game pre fix menu and it was really delicious. The service was great and we had a great visit.

   We had a wonderful dinner with friends. The food was delicious and our waitress was wonderful. We will definitely dine there again.

   We loved the ambiance at The Sycamore with warm interior colors and interesting chandeliers, great piano music. The food was served quickly and hot by a delightful waitperson. We'll go again whenever we want a special meal out.

   This is a gem of a restaurant. I’m so happy it’s in Pittsboro. The service was impeccable beginning with an owner/gm greeting us at our table soon after being seated. The menu is very diverse, with every dish we ordered coming out perfectly. Kudos to the entire staff!

   We began the evening in the cocktail lounge and our server was very helpful. He recommended various drinks and suggested a cheese board. My lamb dinner was delectable. The lamb ate like butter and was so mild, I thought it was locally raised! Our server was delightfully helpful--Kaitlyn, I think. It's a beautiful space and we had a lovely evening. There is NO reason to not dine here.

    Food was delicious, service was attentive, our only complaint was with the music, which was more pop than the top-quality jazz we've enjoyed in the past.
