The Theatre Bar is perfect for dinner after a show. The staff were very professional and the food was tasty.

Disappointing. Fish overcooked, chips seen better days, salad over-oiled, steak over-sauced, staff disinterested, uniforms not clean, view obscured by a shade that was ‘too much effort’ to roll up and down. Anders Ousback glory days long gone. Sad. Won’t go again.

Great location looking into the harbour and the bridge However late afternoon sun coming into the middle of the restaurant made it very uncomfortable for those on the side of the table facing the sun

Thank you for your feedback! We're glad you enjoyed the location and views. Apologies for the discomfort caused by the sun – we are awaiting repairs to our blinds, hopefully this will be completed soon as we know it can be uncomfortable at times.

Always a great vibe before a play. The fabulous ambience, end of pier looking across to McMahons Point and down the harbour with the setting sun. It doesn't get any better in such a historic building. A great place at anytime. Ordering and service prompt and very easy. Good uncomplicated wine selection and simple food. Arancini and olives for starters, followed by the duck for main. Duck accompanying salad very fragrant and tasty.

The service here is absolutely wonderful. The food was great, the company perfect and the view sublime. The Thetre Bar at the End of the Wharf is one of Sydney’s greatest treasures.

Lovely spot for a meal before STC play. We shared 4 entrees They were all delicious. Great ambience. Amazing view.

Ordered several small and large plates for sharing amongst four of us: burrata, lamb kofta, salmon, beef, chorizo pasta, salad and chips. All was delicious. Burrata was a bit too chilled to have any real flavour … but I’m being picky in finding faults! Service was friendly and efficient.
