                                                                          The service from door to table was excellent. I thoroughly enjoyed my food however, some of our party did not receive what they had expected. Our waiter went above and beyond to make this special occasion even more special. I was pleasantly surprised that the restaurant called twice to confirm the reservation, which really assured me because I was traveling from another state for the dinner. My only complaint was the menu was a bit limited and I would have liked more chicken options. I really wanted to try the chicken dish, but and not able to eat ham. I selected the veggie lasagna and loved it! I will definitely be back to the restaurant the next time I’m in Richmond.

                                                                          We arrived in a great mood and were looking forward to a fun and good meal. We have been often, so had no reason to believe it wouldn’t be as nice. But our server, Dylan, was condescending, snippy, impatient, generally unpleasant. I had to wave him down after waiting a pretty long time just to order our drinks. Everything came well timed, but we just didn’t like working with him.

                                                                          I LOVE this restaurant! I have to eat here whenever i come to Richmond. The building is beautiful and the food is fabulous! highly recommend the Black and Blue steak!

                                                                          We booked our reservation for 15 over two months ago, so we wouldn't miss out on dining here. We had 15 people in town for the Richmond Marathon, and I wanted to make sure that they had the best experience possible. Tobacco Company is my favorite place in Richmond, and I visit almost monthly due to business. It has never disappointed. Everyone was amazed with the building, the ambience, the service, and especially the food.

                                                                          We were part of a large party. The staff was very accommodating and worked with us to create an ideal setting for a celebration dinner. The food and service was perfect as always.

                                                                          Great food! Friendly staff. Great seating area, which I requested a quiet table, thanks! We do wish that our waitress would have stopped in to check on us more as we were needing drinks and plates to be cleared. We had this waitress before, and the same thing happened. I suggest some training for her. (Sam)
