                                                                          Oh boy, where do I start? First of all we showed up on time for our reservation but still had to wait 20 minutes to be seated. Then they told us our seats would be on the second floor. We hike up to the second floor and there, they tell us no, your seats are on the third floor, so we hike up more stairs. Once we we are finally seated, they bring us some awful-tasting city tap water and some sort of cheap rolls that were pretty undercooked and mostly just dough. To go with it, they had some sort of fake butter alternative, kind of like Country Crock. Pretty disappointing. You’d think in a restaurant that charges these types of prices, they could at least filter their water and serve your real butter with some sort of decent bread. We ordered fried oysters for an appetizer and my wife bit into a piece of shell while eating them. We then both order prime rib, which the waiter tells us is their specialty. We both got the smaller portion which is $45. The steaks arrive about 15 minutes after we order them, but we have no steak knives, or any knives, to cut them with. Once he finally comes back around in about 5 minutes, we ask the waiter for a steak knives. He takes another 10 minutes to bring them to us. I then ask for some horseradish, and it never comes. I ask the waiter again next time I see him, and then he finally brings it. At this point, it’s been about 25 minutes since my steak was served. We finally dig into our prime rib. It’s OK, but certainly nothing special and not worth the price. You could honestly get the same quality cut of meat at a Western Sizzlin’ or Golden Corral for nearly 5 times less. On top of that, there was a big piece of bone in one of my bites, which actually hurt my tooth when I bit into it. After the meal, we order coffee and ask for cream and sugar with it. 15 minutes later, we get coffee and sugar, but no cream. After asking for cream, the waiter brings it, but no spoon to stir the coffee with. I wave him down once again…

                                                                          Servers were very attentive. It was a busy evening and they had a good amount of staff. The food and drinks were excellent. We were not rushed. We will go back soon.

                                                                          Staff was very good, attentive and polite. Decorations were very festive for the new year. The prime rib was okay,a bit tough. Dinner was not served with the requested vegetable. There was an overcharge on the bill.

                                                                          Food was good, ambiance was good, but our waiter was pretty scattered. Took half of our drinks and then walked off. When asked to come back to take the other drinks, he said hold on let me get those drinks - without taking the rest of our order. When he brought the first half of the order back, he got the drinks backwards. That kind of sums up how the rest of the night went. …and the top of the night was we got the wrong checks!
