   Our first time here. Terrific ambience. Multi-level open configuration, with lots of exposed brick and antique lighting throughout. Service was impeccable as the staff struck a perfect balance between attentiveness and giving us space. Our food was mostly good, but we were disappointed in the prime rib, which was bland and chewy; we've had better prime rib for less. Also, it was quite loud and crowded (it was a Saturday night, afterall), so we had to speak in raised tones to hear each other at our table. Overall however, we liked it and would visit again, but we won't order the prime rib next time.

   Went here years ago, came again on a visit in Richmond. Did not disappoint.! Split the large ribeye with my wife and got the sides that we liked. Everything was great.

    Good food. We never received our wedge salads before our meal so we canceled that item. Server had good suggestions, but we had to ask for items. (ie. horseradish, more tea).
