   Eccezionale ristorante di pesce nello splendido porto antico di Stonehaven! Rapporto Qualita prezzo altissimo e pesce veramente fresco e gustoso, ottimo servizio in particolare di Louis che è stato super gentile e premuroso. Di sicuro, in futuro, ci torneremo!

   We had a lovely window seat overlooking the harbour, it was my brother’s birthday so it was greatly appreciated. Starters of Shetland scallops were tasty as was the duo of Scottish salmon accompanied by lovely sourdough bread. The Hake and Rock Turbot were delicious and dessert of Poached pear with a lovely Clementine sorbet rounded off a special birthday lunch.

   We had the Halibut special that was locally sourced and delicious. Service was attentive and we were very happy with our meal.

   Excellent! The food was superb and the service first class. One of us has a severe garlic allergy and the staff, particularly Lewis, were wonderful in the way that they ensured that our meals were safe to eat. Having visited The Tollbooth many times over the years this was undoubtedly the best experience to date. I look forward to returning on my next visit to Stonehaven.

    We luckily got a table at very short notice on a Saturday night. This place is EXCEPTIONAL! I have lived in the area for decades, but never been before. We will be back.
