My waitress was really good, service and food was great. My only issue occurred when I walked in and told the hostess that I had a reservation she didn’t even look up the reservation she just asked if we were there for dinner and seated us. I made notes with the reservation that we were celebrating our anniversary but it was never acknowledged.

The server was very friendly and helpful. She checks on us regularly to see if everything is okay. The food was good and the atmosphere and dining room was very clean and quiet. I will definitely go back.

My friends and I were super excited to eat here, out of all the places in NYC this is the one we chose for restaurant week because we thought the menu looked great. We had a few drinks at the bar, which were good, the happy hour was a pretty good value, ordered the calamari, which was very good, but then it went all downhill from there. The service was abysmal, which was ironic because the place was tragically half full on a Friday night at 8pm. The food was just not good either.Thoroughly disappointed. Would not go back. The only thing that I would recommend was the red velvet bread pudding, which was pretty stellar, but other than that, I would say, save your time and go somewhere else.

French fries came out cold first time then undercooked second time. Everything we had on the menu was mediocre Calamari Flat bread Short rib slider Tuna poke

I eat at the Tuck room when seeing a late movie at iPic. I enjoy the experience but they need to tighten up on a few things. Communication from staff to patrons needs to be worked on. The staff is pleasant enough but if questions are asked they should return with a response or a reason they cannot obtain an answer. However, the manager was very professional and listened to my party's concerns. Some of the food was hit and miss. The chicken schnitzel needed seasoning and to be thinner but was cooked properly. The ribs need more flavor but those short rib sliders were fabulous as well as the toffee cookie sandwich was worth every calorie (phenomenal).
