                            Excellent Sunday brunch!! Prices reasonable and food really nice. Staff very friendly. Definitely will go again!

                            I had a reservation for the main dinning are @7:00 and I was offered a high table. There are many individuals that are not comfortable sitting at high tables and high table height chairs. They informed me that regular table was not available and I had to wait. I was seated @7:20. They should inform guests of the possibility of not being seated at a regular table in advance when they have a reservation. The food was good however: two guests in our party had the salmon and had stomach and GI problems afterwards.

                            While we had to wait a while for our table, the manager comped us on several appetizers. The crab dip and Brussels sprout were outstanding. All 6 people in our party enjoyed their dinners. My wife and I both had Salmon which was a generous portion and a great sauce. We will return!

                            I ordered steak frites-and asked for the steak to be done medium. The steak was done medium well to well done. Because of the amount of time it took to get the order when I mentioned it to the server they offered another one-but I declined. It’s lessened the experience-which generally has been good in the past.

                            Not good service.. waited for a waitress for 20 minutes and had to go and ask for one.. drinks served incorrectly..  filet mignon served improperly.  temperature not even close to what was ordered and that person had to wait 30 minutes and eat after the rest of the table . When Filet came back the second time, it was bland and overpowered by the sauce, and the potatoes were runny. The staff did try to accommodate by giving us dessert, which was nice, but overall a pretty poor experience. :(

                            Great experience. 12 people sharing a meal at a single table, all dishes, except the soup, were shared and we got to serve ourselves like we would do at a family dinner. Food was excellent, got the chef to come and explain each dish, which was very informative and a great personal touch. It was the first time they hosted a dinner with this format and I hope it is not the last

                            I have eaten at The Turn House a number of times and each time it seems to be hit or miss. My husband and I went this last time because I was craving a burger. I ordered it medium well and it was rare (practically raw)! He also ordered medium well and his was medium well. The waitress and kitchen staff were most apologetic and cooked me a new one, but by the time it was delivered, I had filled up on my 1/2 Caesar salad.
