   My wife and I went here for our 13th anniversary. Service was good. My wife’s crab cakes were great. I had the surf and turf. My steak was horrible and the lobster was so small I ate it in 4 bites. I actually had them take bake the steak that looked like a hamburger. Do not recommend especially for the price.

   We had a very nice dinner at The Venue before attending an event at St. Vincent College. Our server, Aimee was great. She was very professional and friendly. Our meals were delicious--Caesar salad, Crab cake and the Scallops with Mushroom Risotto. We enjoyed after dinner drinks and had fun talking to some other customers.

   The food was amazing and Amy was exceptional as our server. This was our first time at the restaurant but it definitely won't be our last

   We scheduled about a week before our visit. Received the secondary email from OpenTable to confirm our visit. Drove to the restaurant for our 5pm reservation to find a sign on the door. Kitchen issues we are closed. No advanced notice. We will not be back.

   This was our first experience at the Venue. The food was outstanding. It was quaint and a very relaxing atmosphere. Our waiter JR was excellent. We come back again.

    Arrived on time for our reservation and table was not ready and was seated at a not so nice booth chair table right next to another couple okay I’ll deal with it sat for 10 minutes until a not so nice waitress show up with water we ordered wine and she brought it 25 minutes later we ordered food which came out in a timely manner and was delicious the problem I had was the waiter that was taking care of the couple next to us came to their table and checked on them every 10 minutes and was talking and joking with them the whole time I could not get 2 word’s out of our waitress and she was very rude. At the end I watched every other waitress and waiter tell their customers what kinds of desert was available and if they wanted some I was going to order some but our waitress came back with the check and never offered or asked about dessert so I paid the bill and tipped her over 20 percent hoping it would give her a better attitude for her next customers I would of come back again because the food was amazing our service was horrible she made us feel like we were bothering her the entire time so for that reason we will never patronize the venue again
