Featuring indoor and outdoor seating, comfortable rooms and a delicious, seasonal food menu plus an extensive range of wine, beer and spirits; short or long, we think you'll enjoy your stay.

    We had an absolutely delicious Sunday Roast at the Victoria Inn. I had their fabulous roast beef and my husband had the chicken - he was particularly pleased that this included a pig-in-a-blanket. They were extremely busy today but the service was excellent in spite of this.

    Visited for Sunday roast, very tasty food, including the vegan wellington. Friendly staff as well, defo a new spot in town to visit again

    Lovely team - thank you to the waitress who served our table especially. We had Sunday lunch which was so tasty, and the best I have had for a long time. They were kind and helpful and friendly adapted the fish dish slightly for one of my group.

    Drinks etc was fine, service was mediocre, lady behind the bar was grumpy and rude when asked what lagers they had - reply look over there! As someone who managed a pub and who’s daughters have recently worked as bar staff it customary for bar staff to know what beers you have and be able to tell customers without being rude

    Very nice local pub. The kitchen is excellent. My fish and chips was delicious. My friend had the monkfish and prawn curry which was exceptionally good..so, do go for the beer, and stay for the food. You won't regret it.

    Not a great experience. Felt bad for them as they were clearly overwhelmed. Food pretty poor. Cold. Took an hour for anything to come out then another 45 for our table to be cleared. Wouldn’t recommend tbh.
