The Water House Project is open for dinner Wednesday - Saturday and lunch on Saturday.

Founded by Chef Gabriel Waterhouse and Patricia Wakaimba, each service comprises exclusively of a single tasting menu with guests served at the same time. For this reason we require all guests to arrive on time. Our doors are open 15 minutes before if you wish to arrive early.

If you have any dietary requirements these must be noted during the booking process or emailed to us 48 hours before hand. If you are making a group reservation please note the requirements of your entire group. For group bookings larger than 6 people, please email us on enquiries@thewaterhouseproject.com

    The Fine Cider Company x The Water House Project – A Summer Lunch to Remember 11 servings / 5 ciders Join us for a relaxed summer lunch as we partner with our long-time friend Felix from The Fine Cider Co to pour some of the UK’s most elegant and expressive ciders alongside our seasonal menu. Felix has been a pioneer in giving cider and perry the recognition they deserve, working with outstanding producers like Wilding, Oliver’s and Find & Foster – all crafting beautiful ciders using natural fermentation, ancient orchards and century-old trees. These ciders and perry are refined, complex and unlike anything you’ll find elsewhere. This is a unique chance to explore the best of British cider in the setting it deserves.

    Eating at The Waterhouse Project is always a special experience. The food is sublime & unlike anything I’ve eaten elsewhere. It’s a set menu with paired wines & the thought & creativity that has developed the unique dishes is down to the super talented Gabriel. The dishes are complex yet balanced & delicious. The whole team are personable, friendly & knowledgeable. Michelin star quality food

    Went for my wife’s birthday, and it was perfect. First the space is amazing, which provides a great ambience. The service is easily the best in ever experienced, and the food, well, every dish is a delight. Highly recommend.
