   Sea bass was lovely as were all the starters. Chicken burger not so great though. Desserts were really nice too!

   Great food and service in a lovely setting right in the centre of Hythe bay with fantastic views. Music was louder than expected. We asked if it was a live singer. It wasn’t so feel the sound could go down a notch to make conversation easier.

   The service was excellent as was the overall atmosphere. The crumble was outstanding as we the margaritas. A touch expensive but the view and position are with it for themselves.

   The main course of fillet of sea bass on a cassoulet was superb, fish cooked to perfection, and the cassoulet no finer will you find in southern France.. Location, wonderfull overlooking the English Channel, staff friendly and extremely helpful. Putting that together with them serving kentish wines can not ask for more, highly recommend a visit
