   Wonderful food. Service excellent, in particular Jennifer was really good. Nothing was too much to ask. We will be back

   Service was very disappointing. Trays for the carvery were filthy. Waiting ages for drinks, waiting to clear empty plates, asking twice for dessert menus, waiting ages for desserts. Staff all seemed junior with no competence and no supervisor. Lights went off at approximately 3.55 and after asking if the lights could be put back on as it was very dark where we were sitting we were told by the young girl that they were too busy to put them back on! Appreciate it was mother's day but there was no one looking after the tables whatsoever and no apologies for the delays and poor service. Just lots of shrugging and 'we're busy'. They should know in advance it was going to be busy as it was mother's day and the restaurant wasn't actually even full. Lots of tables left with dirty plates on. Was a real shame as the carvery was really tasty and the desserts were lovely and really well presented. It was over 2 hours by the time we finished desserts and got the bill which given it was a help yourself carvery and no waiting for the main course, is an extraordinarily long time. Would not return on the basis of the service and ruined a special mother's day meal.

   Came today for Mother’s Day and as always it was fabulous can’t fault it at all

   Everything about the Wepre Grill is spot on I only wish more local people would support it. The food is delicious every thing is cooked to perfection and there are lots of nice choices. The staff are wonderful polite and friendly. Lovely atmosphere nice surroundings.

   Was a special occasion celebrating two b’days .. service and staff could not have been better! Wonderful food.. excellent service and topped off with a ghappy birthday plate of brownie on the house! Loved it!

   Found new layout a bit too posh for a local pub, food was shown on the menu and something you would find in a posh restaurant but was actually really poor. I ordered a lasagne which was burnt around the edge like it had been cooked in another dish and spooned out onto the plate, not nice at all. My husband had the fish but most of it was just batter and not much flavour.

   We have been here a few times now for food including having Christmas Lunch here and we have never been let down by the food or the service always top notch we will definitely be back
