   Super bummed the live band didn’t play. Waitress was friendly but not very attentive. Dessert sadly was awful. Had the Taste of Tricities Berry Crisp. Was just like a bowl of warm jam to eat. Waitress didn’t offer a replacement, didn’t ask if I wanted to try the other option, didn’t take the additional cost off….. disappointed with the service. Cauliflower bites were saugy, not crispy at all. Sablefish was disappointing and very small portion for the price. We were with another couple that said the oysters were delicious though! Caesar salad was OK …. Restaurant was clean. Staff was friendly. Just was a miss with the food, sadly

   Not only was the love music incredible, I was actually blown away by the food. Every single thing we ordered was absolutely amazing! And at such great prices. This place is our new “go to” spot! And I have to say, the service here is unmatched!

   We were celebrating my birthday and was very disappointed in the food selection and quality. We have been to this establishment for many years and held many special occasions and have been to special occasions like Motners Day and never experienced the ooor quality of food. We expected more variety for brunch., there was no cheese selection no eggs but omelettes to order and that person was there and then disappeared. The dessert selection was poor the croissants and mini danish were stale. The salad dishes were tasty but kept repeating as you walked through. Waffles were doughy and not edible in my opinion. The last thing I want to express this has happened on more than occasion the dishes are not clean! When I pick up a plate i expect it to not be rough when I run my hand over it and have to go through a few plates to find one that I am satisfied with

   We were a party of five and had Sunday brunch. Service were very good, very attentive. We were shown where the food stations and sections are. They have an omelet station where the chef cooks your omelet as per you selections. A great variety of food to choose from, there were fresh fruits, three different kinds of smoked and fresh salmon. Lots of hot dishes including lasagna, pasta but also have bacon and sausages etc. Eating area very spacious and very comfortable. The sound does not echo so we can talk comfortably. Very nice for a Sunday brunch. Will definitely go back.

   The happy hour menu although seemly good portions have become much smaller than they once were so wasn’t worth it in the end

   We were not treated well. I understand there were multiple reservations however, the manager did not prioritize, organize or accommodate patrons with reservations with the proper care and even allowed guests with children to leave without hesitation or consideration to at least find an alternative solution to ensure they had a pleasant experience. They drove from far away to be there and to be treated like nothing was unacceptable! For this reason, we would not recommend anyone further to this establishment.

We always prioritize and accommodate all our guests with reservations while maintaining an organized seating process. However, as advertised, our lounge is reserved for adults due to the live music atmosphere, and minors are offered seating in the family-friendly section of our restaurant which was offered, We also did not have the information of multiple bookings are made for the same party, shall we have that information we would have seated everyone together.All bookings had request of to be seated in the lounge and we met that request.    Rarely you can find a good restaurant that belongs to the hotel. Guests are trapped and have no easy way to go anywhere else or do not know any better. Most of them are one time visit. So. in my opinion, kitchen does not really try hard to keep "One time" customer.

   They had a Valentine’s set menu for dinner, the second seating at 7:45pm. The live music was nice. My husband and I both ordered the lamb. The main meal was good but came out warm not hot. By the time the server came by we were already half way done our meal. The dessert was very sad and tasted awful, they didn’t even have two of everything as it was a shared set dessert menu just for Valentine’s Day. We left the restaurant and went somewhere else for dessert.
