The Wine House Fairfax, a full service restaurant and retail wine store, serving over 500 boutique wines from around the world to enjoy in your home, or in store with our handcrafted menu, featuring In-house Smoked Salmon to New Zealand Grass-Fed Filet Mignon. Walls of wine surround a small number of tables, and bar. Had the absolute best dinner at The Wine House Restaurant last night. From the moment we sat down, everything felt just right. We kicked things off with champagne and French fries—such a fun and unexpected pairing, and honestly, it totally worked. The bubbles were crisp and refreshing, and the fries were perfectly golden and salty. Super cute idea and a lovely way to start the evening. For mains, we had the ribeye with Brussels sprouts and mashed potatoes, and the short ribs with asparagus and mashed potatoes. Both dishes were phenomenal. The ribeye was cooked to perfection—tender, flavorful, with just the right char—and the Brussels sprouts were fresh and well-prepared, simply done but a great match for the steak. The short ribs were melt-in-your-mouth good, rich and comforting, and paired beautifully with the creamy mash. The whole vibe of the place is warm, relaxed, and just a little fancy in the best way. Great service, cozy atmosphere, and food that seriously delivers. Can’t wait to go back.

This was my first time at The Wine House. What a fun time! Staff was amazing. Kevin explained all of the wines were were tasting on the flight. Food was great (we just got some apps), ambience was perfect.

Three “mature female” friends had dinner together on a Sunday evening. The service was welcoming as soon as we walked inside. We chose the same entree, filet minion with mashed potatoes and roasted brussel sprouts, which turned out to be delicious. The Wine House continues to never disappoint.

My friend and I had a great brunch experience -- and stayed for the "The Lion King" wine tasting. Thanks for the sommelier for the creative lyrics/singing, and to our waitress, Lisa. We had so much FUN!
