We had a very nice meal freshly cooked and hot. The staff were very friendly and polite. It was very busy but we did not have to wait too long for our meal.

We had a beautiful meal at the wolesley, the lamb shanks were lovely! Would definitely recommend!

Good venue for a nice meal... have eaten there on several occasions and would recommend... the only issue we had was using OpenTable! We booked via OpenTable eight days before our meal... all appeared to be fine... received a confirmation email from OpenTable with our booking details as expected. When we arrived the booking had not been received for the date we had booked but a month later. I showed the booking receipt email to the staff at the pub and they told me that they are not fully affiliated with OpenTable and we would be better booking directly with them. It is clear that OpenTable do not confirm with the pub/restaurant/venue etc that a table is actually available before the send out a confirmation email to you. In short, don't trust that your table is booked via OpenTable because it isn't! The staff at Wolseley Bridge were very good and found us a table... if they'd have been fully booked we wouldn't have been able to eat there regardless of our 'confirmed' booking via OpenTable.
