A new rooftop restaurant in downtown Easton. Now open on the seventh floor of The Commodore building. Thyme Rooftop Grille offers a progressive New American menu thoughtfully designed by executive chef Brad Shive. The restaurant offers a extensive cocktail list and wine program for guests to enjoy as they dine overlooking the Delaware and Lehigh Rivers, College Hill and downtown Easton.

Great service and the food was creative and delicious! Amazing views from the windows that surround the restaurant! The place really makes you feel like you are in a big city restaurant, yet it's conveniently close! A gem for sure! We look forward to our next visit!

Had a really great first experience here. Very professional yet warm and friendly staff. Lovely interior and lighting. Fabulous views of the river and NJ especially as dusk set in. Food was outstanding and wine list, although short, had a great selection. Only thing that surprised me was the noise. My guest and I are both 75 so I booked a very early dinner (5:30pm on a Saturday.) Even at that early hour the noise was deafening. Would be nice if there was anything in the place to absorb some of the noise but it’s not a deal breaker. Next time we’ll go at 4:30 and hope for a bit more serenity.

Dining at Thyme never disappoints. The food and service is always exceptional. The valet could use some improvement. This is the third time they have either misplaced our keys, or put the wrong keys with the wrong ticket number. Other than that everything was great.

Thyme was such a great place...it was date night for me, and I want to go back. The manager, Tyree, was extremely polite and knowledgeable about the restaurant and made us feel welcome.

It was overall such a pleasant time; I'm still thinking about it. The food is delicious, as well as the drinks. Top it off with the view and you have a perfect dinner.

As a former Chef myself..I usually find that hyped up restaurants are completely underwhelming..However, Thyme over delivered in every aspect of the dining experience..the ambience perfect..service outstanding..and the meal was AMAZING!!! WE WILL BE BACK AGAIN AND AGAIN ☺️

This was our third time to visit Thyme Rooftop Grille - Each and everytime the entree was OKAY, not great - not can't wait to come back. The first experience the potatoes were burned - we were told that they are working things out - it was when they first opened. No new potatoes - they were black. Second time Drinks, Appetizers - great - entrees not great - the meat was not tender and it was just not good. Third time was this past Saturday - Drinks and Apps good. Meal - not good!!! My husband got the Wagju/Angus combination - meat was not tender at all. It was rare and he asked for medium. THe presentation, etc. was off. Our guests got the pasta and monk fish???? Combination not tasty - the Rue was burned on the pasta. The pasta and shrimp was dry - had been under the light too long or sitting. Our server was great. We just bagged up our food and took it home and threw it out. It was over $400.00 with tip - One drink each - We will go only for drinks and appetizers. This is not a high end destination for dining. It is very mediocre - not on the *A* list.
