A new rooftop restaurant in downtown Easton. Now open on the seventh floor of The Commodore building. Thyme Rooftop Grille offers a progressive New American menu thoughtfully designed by executive chef Brad Shive. The restaurant offers a extensive cocktail list and wine program for guests to enjoy as they dine overlooking the Delaware and Lehigh Rivers, College Hill and downtown Easton.

                                                                        Our second visit to Thyme . We were celebrating our anniversary and were seated near the window with a beautiful view of the bridge . The service is excellent and attentive without being overbearing . The food, as was our first experience, was delicious . Thyme is a beautiful spot for a special evening .

                                                                        We went the Saturday after Thanksgiving and the place was hopping. Our server was excellent, our drinks and food came out on time, impressive considering how crowded it was. This remains one of our favorite restaurants in the Lehigh Valley.

                                                                        Excellent service and food and the view (overlooking the free bridge and river) were great. Enjoyed the grilled octopus and tuna tartar appetizers. For dinner we enjoyed the beef short ribs, duck confit, and seared tuna steak - all dishes were excellent and seasoned just right.

The food is delicious and creatively prepared, making it the perfect spot for both great cuisine and scenic beauty. Highly recommend for a memorable meal!

                                                                        This restaurant falls right in line with their other restaurants. Food was great, drinks were great and service was also on point. Staff was very friendly. The one thing that stuck out was that the food came out hot, like right off the stove. You don’t get that at many restaurants. Was relatively quiet. The view was good. Would definitely be going back.
