A new rooftop restaurant in downtown Easton. Now open on the seventh floor of The Commodore building. Thyme Rooftop Grille offers a progressive New American menu thoughtfully designed by executive chef Brad Shive. The restaurant offers a extensive cocktail list and wine program for guests to enjoy as they dine overlooking the Delaware and Lehigh Rivers, College Hill and downtown Easton.

Thank you for thinking of Thyme to celebrate your Valentine's Day! We will have a special 3 course menu this evening, which will be the only menu available the entire night. It is $85 per person before tax & automatic 20% gratuity.

First Course

  • Broiled Oysters

                                Always have a great experience at Thyme! The menu for Valentines Day was excellent! Highly recommend! We eat here often and the food and staff are always top notch!

                                From Our Arrival To Our Departure My Wife & I Had A Wonderful Date Night. Our table by the window to take in the picturesque view, our server Giovanni, the crafted drinks, wonderful menu and execution thereof. The Grilled Octopus, Braised Short Ribs and the seared sesame encrusted tuna with miso rice and Fig tart for dessert checked all of our boxes. Keep Up The Good Work.

                                Food was very good. I found the somolier to be very knowledgeable and she took time to spend with us and informed the entire table about the selection and her recommendation.

                                We went here for the past 2 valentines days now. Place is beautiful, service is great, and anything you get is a 11 out of 10. Drinks are very good too. For 2 people with 2 meal In middle price range, an app, and dessert with a few drinks. Your going to be between 200 and 300 after tip. They don't hide that though. It is highly recommended for special occasions. It isnt for fun thursday night meal after work. Unless you are rich as hell. Lol

                                The food was excellent! The waygushi (sp?) steak was over the top. Our server was pleasant and attentive, but did not provide service as expected for this tier of restaurant. Examples include: I ordered a 2021 bottle of wine, I was presented a 2022 with no notation, unfortunately I did not notice this until it was opened. The server did not maintain the label of the bottle towards the guest while opening. While minor, I expect better at a restaurant of this tier. Never returned to refill our wine glasses. At one point asked to take my girlfriend’s plate as though she was finished, she had a bite of food on her fork in her hand, about to take a bite when he asked. I was clearly still eating. This and other cues felt as though he was trying to rush us to be finished. We were on time for our 6:45 reservation and our entire meal took under 90 minutes, no reason to be rushing. Eventually he removed her plate before I had finished mine. And presented the desert menu before I was finished eating. We declined dessert and were presented with a check while we each had at least 3/4 a glass of wine. We were debating having an after dinner drink. In most cases and I believe in this case it is an issue of improper training and expectation to uphold fine dining standards. Regardless it needs to be better in this type of restaurant. Mistakes like this would have put me on a pip or I would have been outright fired when I served fine dining.
