A new rooftop restaurant in downtown Easton. Now open on the seventh floor of The Commodore building. Thyme Rooftop Grille offers a progressive New American menu thoughtfully designed by executive chef Brad Shive. The restaurant offers a extensive cocktail list and wine program for guests to enjoy as they dine overlooking the Delaware and Lehigh Rivers, College Hill and downtown Easton.

                                                                        Excellent service and food and the view (overlooking the free bridge and river) were great. Enjoyed the grilled octopus and tuna tartar appetizers. For dinner we enjoyed the beef short ribs, duck confit, and seared tuna steak - all dishes were excellent and seasoned just right.

                                                                        This restaurant falls right in line with their other restaurants. Food was great, drinks were great and service was also on point. Staff was very friendly. The one thing that stuck out was that the food came out hot, like right off the stove. You don’t get that at many restaurants. Was relatively quiet. The view was good. Would definitely be going back.

                                                                        Our table of 4 enjoyed 4 amazing appetizers (crispy chicken dumplings, grilled octopus, butternut fritters & pork belly), 4 delicious entrees (veal cheeks, rabbit ragu, short ribs and the pasta special), not to mention some really enjoyable cocktails. Hard to pick a favorite as everything was delicious. The menu encourages you to step outside of the box a little bit and it is so worth it. Our server, Chris, was fantastic. He gave some great recommendations, seemed to show up just when we needed him and he just added to our overall wonderful experience!

                                                                        Thyme is a great restaurant! Surprisingly low noise level despite fully booked diners. The view is spectacular and the ambiance is very cool! All food dishes were tasty and well cooked. The service was excellent! A truly fun dining experience worthy of special events and occasions!
