This experience will feature traditional harvest favorites plus a bountiful tour through the unique dishes of Tia Carmen and Kembara by celebrity chef Angelo Sosa. Seating will be offered in both Kembara and Tia Carmen restaurants. Your selection for indoor or outdoor seating requests are pre-assigned during the initial reservation. The Grand Mercado will be served on the patio between both restaurants. Non-alcoholic beverages are included in the price. Tax and 20% gratuity applies to all checks, no discounts apply. A credit card will be required for all reservations at the time of booking. In the event of inclement weather, all reservations for outdoor seating will be accommodated indoors.

A wine pairing is available to enhance the dining experience. We also offer a vegetarian prix fixe menu upon request. The tasting menu is served per person and cannot be shared. Very lovely dinner last night. We had the tasting menu with the wine pairing. Interesting and creative flavor combinations. The tuna was amazing as was the steak. The staff was extremely friendly,attentive, and knowledgeable. Only downside we saw was the ambient noise level was quite high.

Great experience all around. Best margaritas and food was interesting, well presented and great tasting. Server was fabulous too.

Service was excellent. Cocktails were really good. I ordered tri tip kabab which was delicious. Vegetarian food was average especially appetizers.

Amazing experience! The menu is not something we were used to so we’re a little concerned but the food was phenomenal. We had the pork chops, purple yam with plantains and pano frito. Excellent.
