Timberline Craft Kitchen & Cocktails is where a casual atmosphere meets an upscale environment in the heart of the Rocky Mountains. Centrally located to 7 world-class ski resorts in Silverthorne, Colorado, Timberline Craft Kitchen features a Colorado-sourced, global inspired cuisine with everyday brunch, dinner and happy hour Monday through Friday from 3-5. The bar menu features rotating Colorado craft beer, domestic and import wines and our specialty-handcrafted cocktails, all in a lively social atmosphere! Don’t forget to try our own award-winning Tree Line Bloody Marys!

We had a reservation. We arrived at our exact time and were seated right away. Our server Avery was amazing. She made great recommendations and upon finding out it was our first visit she explained how they try to source everything locally. They have a fantastic gluten free friendly menu. Lots of options. I had the salmon and my husband had the filet. Both were delicious. We started out with the cornbread and truffle barrata. They too were amazing. The atmosphere was casual but classy. Good crowd watching the broncos game. We will definitely be back.

Avery was a great server and continued to give advice for the group of ten present. We had Devils on a horseback and cornbread for apps. Plenty of different meals and drinks went around, but I got to be amazed by the short ribs. We left right as the restaurant was closing, but never felt rushed and enjoyed the atmosphere. It’s definitely worth the visit if you get to Silverthorne, Dillon, Frisco, or Breckenridge.

Everything we ordered was so good! My husband hasn't stopped talking about the burger (great quality meat). I had rhe salmon, 1 daughter kids sliders and the other beef tips. The service was awesome amdnthe menu is very reasonably priced, especially for most restaurants in Summit County.

The food was amazing, and the service was friendly and attentive. Plus, there were a LOT of great gluten free options. If you go, get the elk.

Delicious food and drinks! We all had something different. bone marrow was delish as was the elk, and the braised beef

Food was quite good but service was a little spotty. Little things like not clearing dirty plates is a little frustrating. Just need a little more training of the staff and this would be a much better experience.

An enjoyable night out to celebrate a friehd’s birthday Madison was wonderful and our Shrimp and Grits and Brussels sprouts were fantastic ! The wine list is impressive …we loved our choices :)

They are consistently delicious. Their menu is diverse. The atmosphere and vibe are good. And we always enjoy the servers.

Food was very good as well as the service. Had the pot pie soup very good although recommend you top it with a puff pastry ;) The Fried Asian Chicken was still on point!

I had the pumpkin soup and the pumpkin salad - I know, a bit single minded. But they both sounded intriguing and they were absolutely delicious! The salad had a bed of spinach and was topped with cubed pumpkin, apples, raisins, red pepper, feta cheese and walnuts. The soup was beyond description, so good. Hubby had a Caesar’s salad and wings; loved them both. We are happily going to try brunch there next.
