This exceptional restaurant boasts two unique dining rooms: The Parc Dining Room, adorned with trees creating a modern and natural ambiance, and The Atrium, ensconced with flowers and a glass pyramid atop the 33' ceiling.                                                               Timbr has a lot of potential. The food was fantastic and the space is beautiful. Service was friendly. It has all the pieces to make a great restaurant and a much needed addition to Fort Lauderdale. That said, it needs some work still. First, we were going to be placed at a table near the open kitchen. We explained we don’t enjoy being near open kitchens due to the noise and smell, and given that the restaurant was empty at the time, we asked if we could have a booth in the window or at least further from the kitchen. We were told all of those tables were reserved by people who requested a specific server. In the 3 hours that we were there, some of those tables stayed empty the entire time. Yes, it took 3 hours for us to dine. I’m not sure if the kitchen is too small for the space or if they are still figuring out pacing, but it was a very long dinner with long wait times between courses. One appetizer arrived probably 30ish mins after other appetizers and took us asking about it 2-3 times before it finally showed up. The restaurant was maybe 1/2 full the entire evening, so I’m nervous what it will be like when at full capacity. Again, the food was wonderful and I’m excited about this addition to the area, but for now, just be prepared that they are still working things out.

                                                              Beautiful restaurant and the food is good. Limited choices though and a mediocre wine list. In fact, we brought our own bottle of wine and paid a $38 corkage fee and ended up having to pour our own wine. Additionally, a gratuity of 20% was automatically added to the check with no explanation.

                                                              Cheesy grits were cold. Served acted like a used car salesman. Blueberry dessert had hard cake. Mashed potatoes tasted like box food. This place is not worth the money. Overpriced for not so good food.
