   The best fish and chips I’ve had in a long while. The fish was so fresh. The service is also excellent - the restaurant has a warm and welcoming feel. I highly recommend it.

   We hadn't visited Tommy Ruff for a couple of years but it was just as good as we remembered. Friendly service and great food.

   This is the second time we have dined here and it didnt dissapoint. Its easy to get to and has plenty of nearby parking. Its casual setting makes it an enjoyable place where you can easily converse with your table whilst still enjoy the atmosphere. It was described to me as being a 'more fancy fish and chip' shop but i think its more than this. The food is elegantly assembled with a no nonsense menu offering the "freshest" fish in Melbourne by far. Will be back for sure!
