   First impressions, busy. On entering was told someone would be with us shortly. Stood and eventually a young female asked what time we had booked for. We said 7.30pm. We explained we had an itison voucher. As she had spoken to us and she grabbed a couple of menus we presumed we were to follow her but she went over to give another diner their bill and we were then standing like a couple of dummies!!!!! We were then shown to our table by a chap. Training required on meeting and greeting. Food was FABULOUS apart from dessert. Our server was so good. Never seen someone so happy at their work just a pity he left before us as explained below. You would have got 5 stars if our server hadn't left before us and we were left with no-one manning our table. Manager was busy making cocktails for a large table while we waited on our cappuccino. Still waiting on it. The answer we got on why we were still waiting on it, was there was no slip on the counter. We did look for someone to ask but the two remaining females were chatting to the manager who by this time was sitting on a laptop ignoring the diners. We asked for our bill and left. They didnt ask for our voucher code either. Just a pity the chap who served us wasn't there when we left. Not very welcoming. Five stars to the chefs as starters and mains were so good. Tirimasu was poor. A cup of overwhipped cream with stale sponge. Didn't taste of tirimasu but again no one about to tell.

   Great food at great value. Also staff were upbeat and friendly. We felt looked after.

   Food was good with exception of lasagne , too much bolognaise sauce with little meat and not tasty Chicken peppercorn was delicious.. The toilets were extremely poor. Broken toilet door , no toilet paper , rolls of toilet paper on floor which was in another cubicle, dirty toilet bowl . This is very off putting. Lots of guests with feet on seats , bit chav. Previously visits have been better .

   Tony Macs in Hamilton is a great addition to the town. Excellent value for money and the staff are wonderful!

   We had a fab meal at Tony Macaronis in Hamilton. Our waiter was amazing, I have forgotten his name but he made our night, he was attentive, personable, funny and made sure our meal was perfect! All of the staff were great and I cannot recommend them enough!

   Went for lunch. Had the Pollo burger with chips. Plenty of it and it was very nice and everything was hot

   The service was very slow & poor. I also didn’t like the service charge being automatically added to my bill, when I am happy to always leave a tip.

    We received a lovely welcome and great service. Staff were polite, pleasant and attentive. Food was delicious although a little pricey. Would return again.
