Tootles & French is a Wine Bar & Bistro located in the heart of Astoria, by Astorians for Astorians. In addition to 20 wines by the glass and over 100 by the bottle, our beverage selection includes wine-infused cocktails, sangrias, and specialty spirits. Our food pairings feature curated charcuterie boards, small plates, as well as full sized entrees and house-made gelato. Serving a new menu seasonally, we are proud of our Chef Jose Luis' unique take on American and French dishes with a Mexican influence and many more surprises. We have private lounge backspace to host any party or gatherings for up to 35 people!

                                                                                Great updated wine menu, much better than previous. Very Busy after 7:30 pm. Great helpful staff. Food was terrific. Ordered a pile of small plates. Very happy with quality. Steak tartare, autumn salad, red potato croquettes, truffle popcorn. All tasty pared with Blanc de Blanc Sparkling, then a rich Camenere. Dessert was good . Lava cake with strawberry gelato. Creme Brûlée could have been a little warmer and thicker. But everything else was top notch .

                                                                                The staff were excellent as usual. Their friendliness and and assistance on the menu and drink selection was awesome. Food was great as were the drinks. We look forward to our next visit and the rollout of the Fall menu. If it's half as good as the current menu- another home run!

                                                                                Very nice new place in Astoria on Ditmars. Easy to get to. Eclectic menu with some basics but also great vegetarian and vegan options and global influences like the Moroccan Shrimp I enjoyed. It was a Monday and fairly quiet and service was on point. Highly recommend!
