Fine dining at the downtown Chicago hotel begins at Torali, an Italian-inspired steakhouse favoring prime steak, handmade pastas and award-winning desserts. Curated by Executive Chef Guenther Moreno, the Torali menu features traditional dishes that are elevated with seasonal, Midwest flavors.                                                                                                     I bet those steaks were snagged from Aldi or Walmart. Talk about fatty and low-grade meat. The marbling was off the charts, practically overpowering any real taste. Eating them felt like a task, not a treat. It's a bummer when you're craving a good meal and get stuck with something so mediocre.

Bread service with homemade pesto was great and our waiter was very attentive and knowledgeable. I ordered the tenderloin it arrived grossly undercooked and seemed to be a poor quality of meat. I did not enjoy it and did not eat it. Our waiter noticed appropriately and sent the manager to the table who seemed unconcerned and did not resolve the issue as expected.
