   E mi so’ un fiòl ad una mama d’Ducenta, in tla bèla Rezz Emilia. Le mi radìs le nasen lì, in mèzz ai campi verd, tra i vign e i profum ad casa. Al profum dla piadina ch’la s’coceva fina fina in t’una tégna calda, cun e vent ch’i portéva i odor d’mare e dla pineta. Era lì, tra i sapor e l’allegra, che i burdèl giocaven e rideven, cun un tochett ad piadina in man e al core lègher. A Cervia, tra i salìni, al profum d’l’aria s’faceva dolc, cun quell’oro bianco che l’éra vita. Quand ch’a giréva tra le strade, e le terme m’abbracciéven cun un cald legger, mi s’paréva d’sentì l’anima dla mè Romagna. Quand ch’a fàseva l’insegnant ad windsurf, a imparéva a parlèr cun e vent. L’acqua e l’onda m’han insegnèt la libertà, e ogni sorriso di chi imparéva a tegnèr la vela dritta l’é un ricordo che porto incò. I burdèl, cun la so energia, me ricordéven che la vita l’é com’un’onda: la devi seguì cun passione. E oggi, quand so’ andè al ristorant “Torno Subito,” i sapor ad Massimo Bottura m’han riportèt lì. Tra e saline e i mosaìch d’Ravenna, tra e miò radìs e al core dla mè tèra, la Romagna. Una tèra che t’cres e t’sfama, una tèra che t’arcorda che il profum dla vita l’é nel vent, nell’onda e in t’un toc ad piadina. #tornosubito #massimobottura #cervia #cerviamilanomarittima

   Location in una zona piuttosto infelice.Locale massificato e molto rumoroso. Servizio caotico. Cibo discreto salvo le immangiabili tagliatelle al ragù ( massimo' s favorite) che erano una sorta di ammasso colloso. A Miami ci sono almeno 10 ristoranti italiani dove si sta meglio, si mangia meglio e si spende molto meno.

   We had a wonderful experience at Torno Subito. Specially enhanced by the presence of Massimo Bottura, who greet all costumers and was very kind. We ordered the tasting menu, and it was the perfect choice! The food was exquisite! Worth mentioning as well the service, that was ready and kind to assist us during the whole experience.

   Great restaurant! Enjoyed our lunch especially the lobster roll appetizer. Tried two different pasta dishes and both were tasty.

    Outstanding food. Very high noise level inside, try and reserve outside weather permitting. Details that don’t go unnoticed for the price range: no attention to water, wine delivered with delay, and the worst offense… three main dishes delivered at the same time? Unfortunate in such a place. Pastas were superb though and we enjoyed the evening.
