I booked this restaurant for my Mothers Birthday. She was extremely excited due to seeing videos on TikTok. I’ll say the ambiance and the food was good but that’s about it. By far the worst service I have ever received. It took about 45 minutes just to receive my drink. The server was very nice but was over worked and had to do about 4 other jobs. Not once did the manager even checked on us. They ended up getting brownie points at the end for a little birthday card for my Mother.

Toro was amazing! My wife and i ordered the Churrasco and the short ribs with Peruvian fried rice. Everything was cooked to perfection and had intricate flavoring. They gave my wife a free desert for her birthday, and it also did not disappoint 10/10!

The ceviche was great! My shortrib entree was salty. The service and ambiance were perfect!

Arrived at 8:09pm. Didn’t get seated till 8:20pm. Ordered drinks. Got them 15mins later. Ordered food. Got that 56mins later. Not busy at all on this night. Food was not hot at all. Asked for another one and it was okay not great. Sucked! :) 🤌🏽

The food was cold. Eggs need to be served hot, fresh off the grill. The toast and English Muffins were so cold that the butter would not melt at all. Kind of a rinky-dink operation to be in such a nice hotel.
