   Booked the patio but was told the patio was too busy, not that big of a problem. But the pasta was cold when I was served the dish. The pasta must have been sitting in the window, because it was cold and glued together from lack of a coating of carbonara sauce. The prices did not reflect the taste and quality. Nice atmosphere. Good for wine and an appetizer. The bread and burrata was great.

   Service was great food was really good. We had a party of 7 and were seated at a high top outside, our preference, the high top was difficult for some of our party.

   Fabulous night out for couples & friends! Upscale atmosphere & a bright & divine menu. We tried two new wines recommended by our server & both were fabulous. Definitely a favorite now!

   Disappointing. Much of the food came out lukewarm/cold. One of the filets was overdone then underdone. They took the undercooked filet back but then my son had to sit and wait while the rest of us ate. Then the second one came undercooked and he sent it back again. We all had finished by then and he was still waiting for his meal. They didn’t bother to take the meal off our bill; just offered us free dessert which none of wanted. We just wanted to leave. It’s disappointing that offering a free dessert (which isn’t even close to what we paid for that filet) is the solution to good customer service. Just comp the entree.

   We came for Easter brunch. Service was poor and most of the buffet serving dishes were empty. I also ordered wine and only a 3 oz pour at most. Would have ordered another glass but our waitress was mostly unavailable. On a positive, the brussel sprouts were amazing.

   We went for Easter brunch. It was a buffet. Our server only stopped when we flagged her down. Dirty dishes sat in the middle of our table. The best part of the buffet was the salads and cold dishes. Vegetables and breakfast dishes were all over cooked. I will say the beef and pork loin were very good. It was very expensive and I left hungry.

    Toscana was such a disappointment. The name is the only thing Italian about this restaurant. The restaurant itself is clean and nice looking, but that doesn't come close to making up for the mediocre American food and staff. Change the name to Generic Two Star Hotel Restaurant so that visitors know what to expect.
