   My boyfriend had an allergic reaction after eating here. We told them multiple times about his peanut allergy and they assured us there were no peanuts in any of the food we were eating. As soon as we walked out he started getting symptoms like hives, itching, redness, and coughing. We ended up in the emergency room that night so he could get treated. We called the next day to tell the restaurant what happened and they did not care one bit. No refund, no money for the hospital bill, not even a sorry. They definitely need to work on their customer service.

   I had a terrible experience at Toukem Susi. Despite having a reservation, we were made to wait 15 minutes, while a waitress rudely told us (in front of another group with no reservation) that we should be grateful it was “only” 10 minutes. They seated the next reservation over us. No apology, no effort to accommodate—just a dismissive “wait or leave” attitude. What’s the point of making a reservation if walk-ins are treated the same or better? The service was unprofessional, and the staff clearly didn’t care about customer experience. I won’t be returning, and I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone who values their time and respect.

   The staff was very attentive to us and it was definitely the best sushi in town!
