   Thank you Town Hall for all the Love & Hospitality your staff have shown to me today this 24 day of March 2025. When I walked in the door they were very professional. A I say it was my 35th Wedding Anniversary and we sat right by the big windows so we could see how beautiful downtown Florence is. We had some personal gifts already in the table like a beautiful card signed by the hold staff and a Reserved sign with our names on it. The food was delicious with a complimentary glass of champagne. Not only champagne but the dessert was complimentary also. I was looking forward to this date all day and Town Hall helped to make it very special. Thank you my sweet waitress Carolina, the staff Charles, Anna, Jordan, Nate, Blake, Joe, Cass, Chad, Becca, Pam, Rachel, Madison, Lara Sara, Jane, and Jorelai. I pray I did not miss any one. Thank y’all for the AWSOME hospitality❣️❣️❣️🎉🎊

   Jordan was a wonderful waitress, with excellent suggestions and descriptions. The food and drinks were perfect. My only complaint was that there could be more space between the tables. I kept getting bumped by the staff doing their job and if they had the table over about a foot (which there was room for). That wouldn’t have been happening).

   Town Hall went above and beyond to make our anniversary dinner special. Kudos to the manager Sarah for a job well done!!!

   We had a date night here and we had Blake as a server. He was amazing and added to the entire experience of our first visit here! He had a large party and several tables but never became overwhelmed. He was attentive, knowledgeable in the menu, and his energy was amazing! The food had great flavor and came out timely, even as the restaurant was filled.

   My guest enjoyed the stake selection. The duck dinner that I ordered was lacking- the duck and the bread that came with the dish were soaking in broth - not what I expected.

   Brought my wife here for her Birthday. It was our first time here and it was incredible! The staff had a table set up with a birthday card signed by everyone, even had it personalized to my wife. The food was phenomenal! I got the grilled sword fish and my wife got the fillet. Both were cooked perfectly. We topped it off with a Crème Brûlée which was awesome. Our server, Pamela, was incredibly kind. She was very knowledgeable of the menu and drink selections. She was very attentive and funny as well! The staff as a whole paced the entire experience out perfectly! We left satisfied, but not too full which was perfect. We’ll be back!

   Ok, I can't give an unbiased opinion because I am an employee, and I LOVE Town Hall, but I can talk about some of the interactions I had with fellow diner's. My wife and I were celebrating our 13th anniversary. Our table was decorated accordingly (very surprising, and very delightful), and the tables next to us, behind us, and one very sweet couple across the restaurant all noticed and took time to approach us with congratulations, and to rave about their own unique dining experiences. The couple next to us were there for their second visit after having a wonderful time last week. The couple behind us were very impressed with our table and expressed wanting to have their next anniversary with Town Hall. And the third couple, who stopped me while crossing the restaurant congratulated me, and suggested desserts for us to try (which felt especially rewarding for me, because that is my job). It was touching. Sure Town Hall has all the bells and whistles of a fine dining establishment...the open kitchen, the fantastic staff, the fancy drinks, the classy atmosphere... but, while being a customer for once, it was the interactions and enthusiasm of the other customers that really put our night over the top. Shout out to my boy Nate for the great service, and Sara, for going above and beyond.

   The food was absolutely amazing. Our server(Anna) was very polite and attentive. She gave us great recommendations. Everything came out quick and was delicious. Highly recommend.

    Always enjoy our dining experience at Town Hall. Housemade sausage is not to be missed. Both the hanger steak and shrimp and grits were outstanding.
