   Hands down the best food on the mountain. Endive salad was perfect for those who want something on the lighter side. Elk bolognese had a lot of flavor with al dente pasta. French dip is sooo good! Crispy French fries! Brussels with walnuts was excellent. Good portions, enough to share if you want to try several dishes. Bread sampler starter, although good, was basic (rolls). Could be elevated.

   We sat outside on a blue sky day! Although you are served drinks in plastic and order your food at the bar, nothing beats sitting outside on a beautiful day! Food and service were great and the salmon with lentils is a must have!

   I love the food, the view, the roaring fire, the choice to sit in the sunshine on the deck overlooking the valley. It was wonderful and I recommend trappers for all. It is kid friendly too. The staff is very attentive and friendly. Thank you for a bful lunch.

   Trapper's is a great on mountain experience. Jackson is such a great mountain it deserves a first class restaurant on the hill. Trapper's is definitely worth a visit.

   We were excited about our lunch date. It was a special occasion as indicated on our reservation. We were seated promptly and enjoyed the beautiful surroundings. We waited longer than expected for water and ended up placing our order when the server arrived as it seemed they were very busy. Perhaps short staffed. The food was very good and the gondola ride was great. Not exactly what we expected but we made the most of it.

   Food is excellent, service and operations need work. There is always a lot of extra tables but OpenTable will say they’re sold out. The patio has a lot of potential but you have to order at the bar, the drinks all come out in plastic, and service is slow. Aspen Cloud 9 prices with mid service and experience. Wild to offer $400 champagne and caviar here.

    This restaurant is excellent in every way. The food in ambience are amazing. We went there for lunch every day that we were in Jackson.
