Located in the Sweetwater Gondola Mid-Station, this upscale chalet reflects a regional appeal offering a unique modern dining experience that combines perfectly with the warmth of a traditional winter ski resort experience. Guests can enjoy a diverse menu featuring locally sourced ingredients, craft beverages, and a welcoming ambiance that invites relaxation and socializing. Lunch seating 11-2:30 daily, bar après menu available until 3:45 daily.
Reservations strongly recommended. A fee of $30 per person will be charged for no shows and same day cancellations. Reservations will be no showed after 15 minutes. For guests dining without a ski pass, please access the gondola through the line for foot traffic. Last day for the winter season is 3/30/25.

                                                Trapper's is a great on mountain experience. Jackson is such a great mountain it deserves a first class restaurant on the hill. Trapper's is definitely worth a visit.

                                                We were excited about our lunch date. It was a special occasion as indicated on our reservation. We were seated promptly and enjoyed the beautiful surroundings. We waited longer than expected for water and ended up placing our order when the server arrived as it seemed they were very busy. Perhaps short staffed. The food was very good and the gondola ride was great. Not exactly what we expected but we made the most of it.

                                                Food is excellent, service and operations need work. There is always a lot of extra tables but OpenTable will say they’re sold out. The patio has a lot of potential but you have to order at the bar, the drinks all come out in plastic, and service is slow. Aspen Cloud 9 prices with mid service and experience. Wild to offer $400 champagne and caviar here.

                                                This restaurant is excellent in every way. The food in ambience are amazing. We went there for lunch every day that we were in Jackson.

                                                Food is delicious with a pretty extensive menu. It is expensive with average to small portion sizes. Lots of windows and a great view. Live music yesterday. Service is still sluggish with lots of new employees. But Jacob is an excellent server and on it

                                                First time for 5 of us trying Trappers for lunch. Excellent food, and good service. Sadly, food did not come out as timely as one would hope. Staff apologized for delay, and hopefully this can be addressed….hope to try again before end of season.
