Tratto is headed by Chris Bianco who is a James Beard award-winning chef. Reservations are highly recommended as the seating fills fast. Parties over six are required to have reservations. Walk-ins are always available at the bar top on a first come first served basis. The menu is small but well thought out and balanced. Try the Farinata, which is a thin savory chickpea crepe. Fill up on a pan seared double-cut pork chop or the grilled two wash ranch piccolo chicken. Tratto has a small wine list heavily focused on Italian reds and whites that will perfectly compliment the cuisine. Cocktails and draft beers are also available.

Fantastic experience a Tratto. We had never been there before but we will certainly be going back! Loved it! Aidan, our server, was outstanding.

First time here and it was delicious! Set in a beautiful little old building so atmosphere is romantic with a cozy outdoor patio too! We had a focaccia bread w/ whipped ricotta and honey, ravioli dish and perfectly cooked sea bass! The menu changes so there are always new dishes to try! Our server was fantastic and we met the owner who was also fantastic! Mr. Bianco…hint hint owns Pizzeria Bianco which is worth the wait and pizza!

Amazing experience and excellent service! You must get the house focaccia, the price is unbeatable and it’s perfectly baked. Ordered the Cacio e Pepe and Fettuccini, and both were delicious. Pasta itself was cooked perfect and you can tell they make it in house. Already planning the next visit!

Madeline gave incredible service. The bread was like having dessert first! Pork chops were incredible as well as ravioli. Drove an hour to get there and it was worth every mile

We had such a lovely evening. The service was wonderful and the food is always exceptionally good. The pork chops are the best I’ve had. One of my favorite spots in Phoenix.

Just plan on ordering everything on the dinner menu. Most of the wines we tried were not our preferred style, but it was fun to try something new. The cocktails were yummy
