Food and service was excellent !!! Noise level was louder than what I would want for dinner conversation, but the food made up for it 😉

Great food and friendly, attentive staff. The dining spaces are nicely appointed and warmly lit, but the noise level is off the charts loud. Definitely worth a visit, but prepare yourself for the cacophony.

Great food for the most part. Great squid and the stuffed cabbage was phenomenal. They are new and still working out the kinks, e.g. the roast potatoes were underdone and the busboy swept a plate away that still had food on it before we could stop him. But definitely will come back.

Very nice to have such an authentic Greek restaurant in Portland! I think they've only been open less than a month and it's surprisingly good considering that. A few bumps still to work out but we will certainly give them some time and return again. The food comes out fast and it all tastes great.

A beautiful new addition to the neighborhood. Delicious food and attentive service- we are so excited to have such a wonderful new restaurant to frequent!!

The food and cocktails were delicious! Ordered multiple items on the menu and shared. Can’t wait to go back and try more dishes!

We were so happy to see that Trela finally opened! Glad to have a Greek restaurant on the eastside. Service was great, and we loved the ambience. We started with the scordalia, delicious and garlicky, served with warm pita bread. We loved the marouli salad - super light and refreshing. The saganaki - salty, fried cheese flambeed with lemon - was amazing! The spanokopita was spinach-heavy and had incredible flavor and texture, and the gigantes plaki was perfection. We opted for a nice bottle of Sarris Robola, a tasty Greek white wine that complemented our meal nicely. Our server brought a complimentary apertif to end the meal - a nice touch! Alas, we did not save room for dessert. Next time we plan to bring friends so we can experience more of the menu.
