True Food Kitchen is a chef-driven restaurant and scratch bar that was founded by Dr. Andrew Weil, the pioneer of integrative medicine, to provide food that tastes great and is good for you. Our menu features food and drinks crafted with nutrient-dense ingredients and carefully sourced proteins from the world’s most responsible and sustainable growers, farmers and producers. Great service but the food was not great. pretty boring and entrees were heavy. The flavors need to be brightened up with some acidity or something. Our food seemed microwaved since there were hot and cold spots, however the kitchen was immediately behind our table so maybe they were plating salads?

A big let down. Margarita pizza was terrible and the waitress very poor. Hardly any patrons!

We went on a Monday for an early dinner at 5:30 pm. Our favorite waiter James D was not working so we were seated in Cole’s section and he was wonderful. So pleasant and professional and he took excellent care of us. Thank you Cole. We look forward to a return visit for a meal in your section.

We had a wonderful meal at True Food yesterday. It was the first time we had been there as we don't live closeby. The options for vegetarians like us were great and the food was fresh and delicious. What made the experience really special was our server, James, who was very attentive, helpful and an overall pleasure! We are so happy we came! Thank you James!
